A Family Empowerment Center for families of children and young adults with disabilities, ages 3 to 22, serving Inyo and Mono Counties from an office in Bishop. It offers parent support groups, help with IEPs, and parent trainings. It also co-presents events with Be Strong Families, including Parent Café sessions, which are facilitated, peer-driven discussions for parents and caregivers. One of these is an in-person Parent Café training at the Bishop Indian Education Center.
