A year-round ski resort at 10001 Minaret Road in Mammoth Lakes, on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada within the Inyo National Forest. In winter it offers skiing and snowboarding on more than 3,500 acres, with 25 lifts and 178 trails, plus lessons and gear rentals. In warmer months the mountain has a bike park, over 80 miles of single track, hiking trails and a high-elevation golf course. Events include the winter Opening Day, Kids Ski Free Week, OkTUBERfest and the Mammoth Wedding Expo. Lodging, restaurants and shops are also part of the resort, so it works for families, visitors and locals.
