The Blue Heron Project operates a 10-acre regenerative orchard and vegetable farm just outside Bishop, CA. The farm offers U-Pick experiences, a seasonal farm stand, a CSA program, and wholesale accounts to local Bishop and Mammoth restaurants and markets. Produce includes orchard fruits, vegetables, herbs, and eggs, grown using regenerative practices. The farm also hosts community events — such as a Winter Solstice Lantern Walk — and maintains a weekly off-farm market presence in Mammoth Lakes.
