A 40,000-square-foot indoor recreation center at Mammoth Creek Park, off Old Mammoth Road in Mammoth Lakes, run by the Town’s Parks and Recreation Department. In winter it holds LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes, the town’s first indoor Olympic-sized ice rink. In summer the rink floor becomes the Mammoth RecZone, a multi-court gym used for Parks and Recreation summer camps, pick-up sports and community programs for all ages. The center sits beside the park’s walking paths, open space and inclusive playground, so it works as a year-round stop for local families and visitors.
