A community hospital district at 150 Pioneer Lane in Bishop, serving Bishop, Big Pine and nearby Eastern Sierra communities. It is a 25-bed critical access hospital with a 24-hour emergency department, operating rooms, primary care and specialty clinics, diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation. The campus also hosts health and wellness events for the public, such as the Moonlight Mammograms screening evening and the Pediatric Flu Clinic for children. Its board meetings are open to the public.
