A five-acre parcel of land between Big Pine and Independence in the Owens Valley, cared for by the Owens Valley Indian Water Commission, a consortium of the Bishop, Big Pine, and Lone Pine Tribes. The site is meant to support cultural revitalization, food sovereignty, water awareness, and community gatherings. Events held here include an Elders Gathering.
