A five-acre land sanctuary between Big Pine and Independence in the Owens Valley, held in Indigenous stewardship. It serves as a gathering and healing space for cultural revitalization, food sovereignty, water justice, and ecological restoration. Events here include stewardship days, which are outdoor work and nature gatherings, and free community classes, such as a hands-on class on natural building and plaster repair. The site is also known as Pahidu Payahuupü and is open to community programming.
