BUHS Fall Sports and Activities Workshop @ Nüümü Fitness

Family Formation invites youth to the 2026 BUHS Fall Sports and Activities Workshop at Nüümü Fitness. Participants will learn about dynamic stretching and foundational strength training to help prevent sports injuries. A light snack and drinks will be provided. Youth attendance is MANDATORY; parents are encouraged to attend if able. You must have a prevention application on file to be eligible — if you don’t have one, applications will be available at the workshop. Questions?
