BUHS Winter Sports & Activities Family Formation Workshop @ Nüümü Fitness Center

Families of Bishop Union High School (BUHS) students participating in winter sports — Basketball, Soccer, Wrestling, Ski Team, or Snowboard Team — are invited to this Family Formation workshop. Youth should arrive in athletic wear; exercises will focus on building core and upper body strength. Students who are injured or unable to perform movements are still welcome to attend and observe demonstrations. Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their children. A prevention application must be on file to receive assistance; blank forms will be available at the event. For questions, contact Jose Fowler at Family Formation: jose.fowler@bishoppaiute.org or (760) 920-9324.
