First Saturday Field Trip: Panorama Dome Bird Walk @ Twin Lakes Parking Area

Join the Eastern Sierra Bird Alliance for a forest bird walk at Panorama Dome, led by Mary Clapp. Meet at the Twin Lakes parking area in Mammoth Lakes. This is a 1.3-mile loop through sub-alpine forest of mostly red fir and lodgepole pine, looking and listening for forest birds. The event runs from 8am to 12pm. Fall conditions are highly variable, so come prepared for changing weather. No previous experience or equipment required — binoculars provided upon request.
