Healing Sound Bath & Guided Meditation @ Root Down Community Hub

Join Deborah of Heart Open Reiki and guest sound practitioners for a healing sound bath and guided meditation at Root Down Community Hub. The group sets intentions and releases what no longer serves them, combining meditative focus with Reiki’s calming, energy-balancing approach. Sessions are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 7 PM. A $20 donation is appreciated.
