Indian Dinner Night @ Owens Valley Drive-In Company

This weekend at OVDC features an Indian-inspired dinner menu prepared in collaboration with @theblueheronproject. The menu includes Chicken Tikka Masala (grilled marinated chicken with a sauce of tomatoes, cream, almonds, and spices, served with basmati rice and cucumber-tomato salad; GF), Squash and Mango Curry (local zucchini with green mango, ginger, and spices, served with basmati rice and cucumber-tomato salad; GF, vegan), freshly baked Garlic Naan, and Orange-Cardamom Cake for dessert.
