Meal Planning Basics Workshop @ Bishop TANF VCR Room

A four-part workshop series presented by the Owens Valley Career Development Center (Bishop TANF) focused on meal planning, healthy eating, and making the most of your kitchen. Topics covered across the four sessions include: how to build a pantry of everyday basics, how to shop for the right mix of fresh produce that will keep, how to make the best use of your kitchen time, and how to prep in advance for easy weekday meals. Participants must be ages 18+ and must have an updated Prevention Application on file. Commitment to all four classes is required.
