One Night Only: Bibimbap Night @ OVD Company

A special one-night-only pop-up dinner at OVD Company featuring a Korean-inspired menu. The centerpiece is Bibimbap — a Korean-style rice bowl topped with marinated Montgomery Creek Ranch beef bulgogi (or spiced crispy tofu for a vegan version), homemade kimchi, a colorful mix of pickled and raw vegetables including local produce from The Blue Heron Project, and spicy-sweet gochujang sauce. Also on the menu: crispy pork dumplings with chile crisp and dipping sauce, and fresh ginger cake with ginger glaze made with local eggs. Dine-in at OVD Company starting at 6:00 PM — one night only, Thursday August 30.
