Outer Ring Omakase (Early Seating) @ UFO and Me

Step onto the Outer Ring for a curated, multi-course tasting experience from UFO and Me, with the menu chosen entirely by the kitchen — no menus, no deviations. Each session seats just eight guests at the counter at 275 S Main Street in Bishop. This flight is built for carnivores; sake and wine are available for separate purchase through Zhencool. Tickets are $69, covering the core menu, with optional support tiers (+$16.16 and +$41.41) at checkout. Reservations are final — no refunds or alterations — though a waitlist is offered for sold-out seatings. A plant-based session is in the works. This 6:00 PM seating is sold out; a $0 waitlist option is available.
