Rise and Shine Yoga @ South Lawn Outbound Mammoth

Every Saturday at 9 AM, Serenity Yoga hosts a community yoga class on the South Lawn at Outbound Mammoth. The session eases in with gentle flows to loosen up the body, followed by deep, intentional breathwork to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. No perfect poses, no pressure, no performance — all levels welcome, from first-timers to longtime practitioners. Free for Outbound guests; donation-based for the broader community. Bring a mat if you have one; a limited number of mats are available for guests. The Sierra Nevada provides the backdrop.
