Roller Hockey Workshop with Family Formation @ Nuumu Fitness Center

If your child is playing in the Sierra Roller Hockey League, join Family Formation at Nuumu Fitness Center for a workshop focused on lower body strength and stability. Participants will learn exercises to build proper foundational strength for a strong, healthy season. Youth attendance is mandatory; parents are encouraged to attend if able. Have kids bring tennis shoes — they will be doing the exercises too. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Register via the QR code on the flyer so organizers can prepare the right amount.
