Soundbath with Lisa Cox @ Health & Wellness Fair

A one-hour sound bath led by Lisa Cox, held as part of the Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 26th, from 3:45–4:45 PM. Sound baths use resonant instruments to create an immersive listening environment intended to support relaxation and stress relief.
