Wild Rice Bowl Pop-Up @ Owens Valley Distilling Company

A dinner pop-up at Owens Valley Distilling Company (OVDC) featuring Wild Rice Bowls with Carrot-Miso Dressing — a nutty blend of wild, brown, black, and red rices topped with soy-braised chicken or spiced crispy tofu, local greens, vegetables, tempura crunchies, and carrot-miso dressing (vegan/gluten-free option available). Also on the menu: Blue Heron Project Heirloom Tomato Salad and Crispy Pork Dumplings with dipping sauce and chile crisp. Running Thursday through Saturday, October 15–17, starting at 5:30 PM.
