A community nonprofit based in Big Pine, in Inyo County. It organizes recurring town traditions, including an Easter egg hunt, a Christmas tree lighting, a Fourth of July picnic, a shave ice booth and a Citizen of the Year award. It also supports youth scholarships and works with the American Legion Auxiliary on veterans’ recognition. Its events for kids and families include the Mendenhall Park playground grand opening. Regular meetings are held at Big Pine Town Hall, 150 Dewey Street, and are open to residents, Inyo County representatives and guest speakers.
