A small-batch coffee roaster at 307 S. Main Street in Bishop, making European-style medium-dark organic coffees. The beans come from Fair Trade, farm gate, women-owned and bird-friendly farms, and seasonal roasts are named after Eastern Sierra destinations in Inyo County. The roasting room has opened to the public as “Coffee Church,” serving coffee drinks and house-made artisan pastries. It is a Food & Drink stop for locals and visitors who like to see where their coffee is roasted.
