A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on recreation, arts, culture, and mobility in Mammoth Lakes and the broader Eastern Sierra. It runs community events throughout the year open to everyone, including movie screenings, trail work parties, litter clean-ups such as Trashy Thursdays, Wednesday Worknights, and the Mammoth Art Walk at The Village at Mammoth. The organization also manages the Eastern Sierra Adopt-A-Trail program, through which individuals and groups can sponsor or volunteer to maintain local trails, lakes, and trailheads. Grant-funded trail and trailhead improvement projects, including major work in the Sherwins area, are a core part of its work.
