The Bishop office of IMACA, a nonprofit Community Action Agency that serves Inyo and Mono Counties, at 145 E. South Street, Bldg. A. The office is where people come in for help with household costs. Walk-in sessions here cover energy bill assistance (LIHEAP) and water bill assistance (LIHWAP). IMACA also runs a drive-thru food pantry with distribution sites in towns across the Eastern Sierra, plus weatherization and housing help. The lobby is open on weekdays, and the main office has a mailing address separate from the street address.
