Originally a cottage food operation out of Independence, CA, it specializes in European-style, medium-dark roasts sourced from organic, fair trade, farm gate, and bird-friendly farms worldwide. The roasting room opens to the public on Sundays (8am–2pm) as “Coffee Church,” pairing coffee drinks with house-made European-style pastries.
