Advocate Training @ Tribal Chambers (Bishop Paiute Tribal Court)

The Bishop Paiute Tribal Court is hosting a two-evening Advocate Training open to current Tribal Court Advocates, Attorneys, and anyone interested in becoming a Tribal Court Advocate or learning more about the Bishop Paiute Tribal Court. Topics covered include: Who Can Be an Advocate, Review of Court Rules and Court Ordinances, Court Clerk Duties and Limits, How to Locate Court Forms, and the Mechanics of Evaluating, Filing, and Presenting a Case.
