Sound Bath & Guided Meditation @ Root Down Community Hub

Join Deborah of Heart Open Reiki and guest sound practitioners for a monthly sound bath and guided meditation at Root Down Community Hub. This session is themed around opening your heart to self-love and bringing awareness to your own open heart. Together, the group sets intentions and releases what no longer serves. A $20 donation is appreciated. Follow @heartopenreiki for updates.
