Final Day — Indy Roasting Co. Coffee Church

The last-ever Coffee Church at Indy Roasting Co. in Bishop. Owner Gunner Conway-Davenport is retiring from the coffee industry after 16 years, including seven years serving the Bishop community. On this final day, Indy Roasting will offer a simple pastry and coffee menu (while supplies last), give away a roasted coffee bean package to the first 26 customers, and offer 50% off all merchandise. A heartfelt send-off for a beloved local coffee shop and community gathering space known for European-roasted coffees. Come say goodbye and thank you to Gunner, Deena, and the whole Indy Roasting team.
