Free Community Class: Natural Building & Plaster Repair @ Three Creeks (Pahidu Payahuupü)

Led by earthen builders and artists Siri Gunnarson and Leslie Roberts, this free hands-on community class teaches how to make natural plasters and repair the Heron House and Coopers Pooper at Pahidu Payahuupü (Three Flowing Waters / Three Creeks). The goal is to grow community skills for caring for the natural buildings at Three Creeks and the Bishop Seed House. Lunch is provided. If you’re interested in joining stewards on the land to learn more about the process before the class, preparatory learning begins September 22nd — contact organizers to participate. RSVP via text to 323-523-3039. Presented by the Owens Valley Indian Water Commission.
